My Blaze has not been picking up my phone calls or my text messages over the last 3/4 days. Is there a glitch within Fitbit?

I would like to know if you keep having issues with your trackers receiving notifications? If you do, please take a look at my previous post and follow the instructions provided there. Also, please verify that your trackers are updated.

Fully updated brand new and 're installed app and all settings more than once .
Think a return in order as it seems fitbit accept it's a problem and have no solution

I received a horrible response from the Fitbit support. They are very apoligetic at the fact that the fitbit is having issues and they are saying that the problem stems from Samsung. It looks like, to me, that its a firmware issue and that fitbit should get their things straight and get their game and not point fingers. For now, they are still saying on their website that the S8+ is compatible. SMH.

I have a Samsung S6 all notifications that I had set up were coming through fine until the firmware update now I receive all but call notifications.
I turn Wi-Fi & Bluetooth off at night the only solution I have found is to reset blaze, log out of fitbit, sometimes more than once, until it allows the notifications but sometimes during the day it stops out.
I am finding this annoying as I have my phone on silent a lot and found this feature useful I could then answer call or reply without disturbing anyone else.
This is obviously not a permanent solution and I have tried all the other troubleshooting ideas not of which solved the issue.

Have a Blaze also! Spent over an hour on chat with support no luck at all. My Blaze receives all notifications except txt messages. Using iphone 8 plus have tried everything under the sun and nothing seems to work!!
