Blaze not receiving call/text notifications

My Blaze has not been picking up my phone calls or my text messages over the last 3/4 days. Is there a glitch within Fitbit?

It's great to have you here @Lisacr! Which phone are you using? Is it a compatible device? In the meantime, you can try this troubleshooting in order to get notifications working again; iOS devices and Android ones

It's been connected for months. It stopped all of a sudden. My friend's is doing the same thing… I have a Galaxy 8+ & she has a Galaxy 7 Edge.

I am having the same issue my text and call notifications have stopped entirely. I have tried to restart them with zero success using the troubleshooting guide. I have a Samsung Galaxy Core Prime. The notifications were working fine for many months before this.

I'm having almost the same issue. I get my texts but not incoming calls. I have a Samsung 8

I too am having no txt notifications I've uninstalled several times but nothing all other notifications work no problem.   Running on Samsung s7

Mine was working fine until the recent update.  Now you can see the incoming call but before you can accept or reject the call.  I am using a Samsung Galaxy note 8. From what I am reading this seems like a Samsung issue

Me too. I am not getting text notifications or incoming call notifications.  And I have done every troubleshooting suggestion, turned my phone off, turned off my fitbit...unpaired the fitbit from the app and then reset it. Does anyone know if this is related to the new version of the blaze app? I have an iPhone 6 and it worked fine until the fitbit update.

Same for me...I am no longer receiving any notifications.  I am uninstalled and done all the troubleshooting suggestions.  I am getting very frustrated with this development.  Please help.

I called fitbit and they took me through the steps and mine is now working

Thanks...it is still not working after all the troubleshooting,  so I will call and speak to someone today.  I miss my notifications.

I followed all the troubleshooting steps twice and still no text notifications are coming though. Let us know what they tell you if you call fitbit directly and if they are able to help. Good luck!

Same problem on s8+

Bought new blaze no notifications then started out of the blue working then spotted as quickly as it started grrrrrr

No support offered on my post from fitbit

Good luck I think mines going back

It has been frustrating, but I have truly enjoyed my Blaze.  I wish FITBIT would come up with a viable solution since it is obviously a widespread problem.

Yes very frustrating  , i upgraded after 2 charge 2 straps came away .

And now I am here again ,  blaze works well except the notifications .

Been through all the options and obviously it was correct as it decided to start working but now it's all gone again. 

Seems by looking around the forum it's not an uncommon  problem but the lack of support from fitbit  is very disappointing

Updated my post but still No offer of help from fitbit 

Updated blaze last night redone settings 

S8+ says fitbit notifications working but none coming through .

Had enough time to return methinks

This is a horrible answer

Most have ran basic troubleshooting and no luck.  

I, myself, am having the same issue.  Samsung 8plus
