Blaze not receiving notifications from Android, getting an error message

Dear Team,

I am facing problem of notification service not running, a phone restart is required. when i restart the phone still the same error were pop up. I am facing this problem from last  one month, everything is up to date but still the issue not resolved yet....please help me to get the notification.

Same here . Again and again. 
All I want is a button to start the service.

only a reinstall works for a day or so.
