Hi @MeeShell1010, thanks for getting back and confirming that your phone is supported. Would you mind confirming that you've followed all the troubleshooting steps provided in the help article: Why are notifications delayed or missing?
In regards to wearing the Flex 2 and Blaze, please note that if you have more than one Fitbit device that receives notifications from your phone, notifications appear on one or more of your Fitbit devices. If you have an iPhone, notifications usually appear on all of your Fitbit devices that are in range of your phone. If you have an Android phone or Windows 10 phone, notifications usually appear on only one of your Fitbit devices that are in range.

Hi there @MeeShell1010, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry for the late response. Thanks for the details provided.
While reading your post I was wondering if the mobile Google Pixel you're syncing with is included in our list of supported devices? You can see the list at: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?
Please keep in mind that when a device is not supported we cannot guarantee its functionality with the Fitbit app. It might work at a certain time and then it can stop working out of nowhere after an update. This is because the app is not optimized to that device and any change could impact the performance.
Once confirmed that your phone is compatible, I'd recommend following the tips and recommendations provided in the help article: Why are notifications delayed or missing?
Give this a go and let me know the outcome.

Thank you so much for your advice. My mobile phone Google Pixel is a supported device and I tried all the tips on making sure it is paired correctly but it still does not show notifications. Like I said, the Blaze shows steps and heart rate and that syncs to my app on my phone. My phone notifications just do not show up on my Fitbit ☹️ When I first got the Blaze it worked well with syncing and showing notifications. I then purchased a Fitbit Flex to use while I swam so I didn't wear the Blaze as much. I started wearing the Blaze again about a month ago and it's never shown notifications ☹️

@MarreFitbit I was hoping that you can explain the guarantee you guys have in place on the functionality with the fitbit app.
I'm experiencing the same issues as @MeeShell1010 and my device is on the list of supported devices.
I am of course using the app for the iphone, and despite being a supported device I've been having issues with notifications for the past couple of months.
I imagine this guarantee covers both android and ios and isn't limited to just one or the other.

I have a Pixel 2 XL and the notifications work fine, so I doubt this is an OS issue. Try this:
1. On your phone, go to 'Settings'
2. Select 'Apps & notifications'
3. Select the 'Fitbit' app
4. Select 'Notifications'
5. Make sure that 'Show notifications' is turned on and that all the types of notifications you want to see are turned on as well. (see attached pic)

Thank you Remmy700P but I looked, and all of my notifications were set to on.
Okay my next question is, because I have both a Fitbit Blaze and a Fitbit Flex 2 that are active, could that be why I'm not receiving notifications? They both vibrate when I haven't taken enough steps in an hour, but the Blaze does not notify me of calls, texts or other apps that I have set to the on position for notifications. Just curious if that could be my issue? Maybe the Flex 2 is cancelling out my Blaze from receiving notifications. 🤔
