Blaze not receiving notifications

Please help. Last week my device stopped receiving text & phone notifications.

This could be caused by a number of things. Have a look at fitbit's troubleshooting guide for notification problems at https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1610/

I'm pretty tech savvy and been experiencing the same thing off and on. Now it's stopped all together. I've used the solutions from the help doc to no avail. Before this happened it wasn't syncing and gave me trouble reconnecting it. That I managed to fix and it's been syncing. Any other suggestions are welcome Bluetooth is fine on my phone. I'm about to uninstall the app to be sure it's not the app causing problems.

steve, my blaze dashboard on my laptop said I had not sync for two days and I cant figure out why I have to every day? Today it was fine. I could not figure out how to synic and went thru all the instructions and help advice. can you help me understand when and how to synic.

Yes I think so, it is responding now, I am so new at this thank you for the help. I may have to ask other questions at some time as I figure this out. Artcat
