Blaze not receiving notifications

My Blaze will not show my texts or calls. I recently had to get a new Blaze so I went through the whole set up process, paired the phone and watch, and nothing.

Hey @Dominica08, it's great to welcome you!

 

I just wanted to let you know that I have moved your post from the Charge 2 board to the Blaze board to keep the order in the Community. Now about your notifications issue, please check that your phone is a compatible mobile device. If it is, follow @MarreFitbit's instructions in the My tracker isn't receiving notifications (Android Fitbit app) post.
