Blaze not receiving notifications

I cannot t receive texts/calls on my Blaze. I purchased today after following all the steps necessary and live chatting with a Fitbit agent.

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. I would like to know if you keep having issues receiving notifications? If you do, I recommend taking a look at the My Tracker isn't receiving notifications (iOS Fitbit app) post and follow the instructions provided there.
