Blaze not receiving notifications

This is so frustrating as I have just splurged on a Fitbit Blaze and wanted the notifications and it's not compatible.

This has been going on for some time so when is it likely to be a compatible phone? This is the main feature I bought the Blaze for and when selling them you aren't even asked the question whether your phone is compatible!

Hi, @Salty73, you can check which features may be compatible with your phone here

Just because a phone is not on the list does not necessarily mean that it is not compatible.  It simply means that Fitbit has not fully tested it.

If you mention what phone you are using someone in the Community may be able to comment on whether they were able to get theirs working, or what steps might help.

Sense, Charge 5, Inspire 2; iOS and Android

A warm welcome to the Community @Salty73 and @Julia_G thanks for stopping by.

Our friend is right, if your phone isn't compatible it doesn't mean that it won't work at all, it means that you will experience some connectivity issues but you can always make it work. I recommend taking a look at the My Tracker isn't receiving notifications (Android App) post and follow the instructions provided there.

I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. Smiley Happy
