My Fitbit Blaze doesn't receive text message notifications! I get notifications when the phone rings, or when I have an exercise alert, but I just can't seem to get text messages.

If you are having issues with your text notifications, I recommend taking a look at the help article My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and follow the instructions provide there.

Thank you! I had already tried all that, but did it again anyway and I'm still not getting just text notifications. I get notifications for when my phone is ringing, and even a message that I have a voicemail, but no text notifications. Thank you anyway!

Hi!
I am having the exact issue with my Fitbit Blaze. I, too, have followed all the troubleshoot steps, and nothing has worked. Is there an estimated time on when this issue would be resolved? Or could this be a sign of a defective device? Thank you in advance!
