Blaze not receiving text notifications

This update was almost a month? and still not working properly, no text, still ringing when I received the calls.

 

You guys are working on this matter, but looks like is not response yet. maybe is time to change the Company? you are offering new devices but do not fix the device you have in the market. Is time to do something about it, no?
