Hi I have recently purchased a fitbit blaze but i'm not getting text or emails even though it is set up and synced. My phone is an android and is compatible I have checked. I get calls but nothing else. I've tried un-pairing and re paring and shutting down nothing works any suggestions please?

I'm sorry you're having problems getting text messages and mail notifications. Thanks for making sure that your device is compatible. Which phone is the one you're using?
Something you could try in the meantime is removing our Blaze from your Bluetooth devices and adding it again. For this, go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone. On your connected devices, look for your tracker. Tap on it, then choose the option that says "Forget this device" and after that, go to the Fitbit app. Tap on the icon of your tracker at the top left corner and scroll down to Notifications. Enable them and it will ask your permission to set up notifications, just agree to it
