Hi I am no longer getting a complete run showing in the app this looks to be something which is happening since the last iOS update as I have not had this problem before I have tuned off the Wi-fi on the phone and rebooted both the phone and the blazes and it’s still crashing on the run this is something I hope you can fix ASAP

I'm sorry you're having problems with your runs not showing as completed in the app.
Now, I'm a little confused about this. How exactly is it that you're not getting a complete run showing on your Fitbit app? How does it appear interrupted? Are you referring to that the activity will seem to have been ended before you actually ended the activity or is it finishing your activity before you actually finish it and you notice this on the tracker?
