I think they are hoping , we will all forget about it . They should compensate us all or if they cant fix it , then give us all a new fitbit

I'm not sure what you are asking. If you are wondering how to follow up online with the fix they are working on...I was just told to continue updating when you receive updates. I don't think there is any other way to follow up unless you want to call or chat.
