Blaze not recognized after forget due to sync issues

Hi,

 

i was not able to upgrade my blaze to latest on my iphone 10.2 since it always used to get stuck half way and the bluetooth connection was flacky, so i did forget the device on my app and removed the devices as well.. post this when i am trying to do the reintallation or setting up my device again, i can go till searching your tracker step but beyong this the tracker is not getting recognised on my iphone but the same works on my android but not on my iphone.. any way to solve this problem?

There is a firmware update specifically to resolve the syncing issue with 10.2. See this help article.

 

Perhaps you can update the software via your Android phone.
