After 4 months of daily, reliable sleep data, my Fitbit Blaze / iPhone app stopped recording / displaying sleep data at all. This started on 4/26/18. The only thing I did preceding the failure was to link my Fitbit account to my Omada account, but that was several days before the anomaly. (Omada is an employer- / insurance-linked wellness offering.) I haven't changed my sleep characteristics or my watch band.
I have tried:
Restarting my Blaze
Restarting my iPhone
Deregistering my Fitbit from my Omada account
Deleting my Fitbit app
Reinstalling my Fitbit app
Deleting my Omada app
Deleting both my Omada and Fitbit apps

Also, downloaded sleep data spreadsheet from Fitbit website and the data are not recorded after 4:41 AM on 4/26/2018 (which is when I would have woken up on that day).
