Blaze not recording distance correctly

Hi

i am new to this and am unsure if I am doing something wrong. I have s Fitbit Blaze. Selected exercise - Bike. Press start and cycled 11 miles (I know this as I do it regularly) finished stopped fit bit and sync'd. With phone but it doesn't show up on dashboard  or gps map. 

I had phone with me as well and selected use phones gps. I have also set up Strava link but can't see it.

any ideas?

Did the phone icon on the Blaze confirm that conection to your phones  GPS was established and maintained? 

For Strava to receive tye data, GPS must be used, and a sunc must be down before tuning off the tracking mode.

Thank you, that is exactly what was wrong. Now working fine.....just need to go out and do it all again to record it.
