My Blaze got wet and would not charge. Now it is totally dead/unresponsive. It is supposed to be water resistant to 25 feet. I've tried all kinds of different drying and charging options. How do I get a refund or replacement?
Thanks.

Hi, @bgriffith, the Fitbit Blaze is definitely not water resistant to 25 feet, and nowhere in the specs does it say that it is! The specs state that it is "sweat, rain and splash proof" but that you should remove it to take a shower,
If you have tried drying methods (inc putting it in a bag of rice for a couple of days) your best bet is to get in touch with Fitbit Customer Support on contact.fitbit.com and see what they say.
Good luck, amd welcome to the Community!

A warm welcome to the Forums @bgriffith and @Julia_G thanks for stopping by.
As mentioned by our friend, Fitbit Blaze is not waterproof. For more information about this, please check the Can I swim or shower with my tracker? article. Also, I would like to know if you have followed her recommendation and get in touch with our support team?
Hope to hear from you soon. ![]()
