Blaze not responding even after reset

Hi, last night I noticed my blaze screen was lit up (permanently) I couldn’t swipe, nor were the green lights flashing on the back. I did a reset and it started working fine again. 

However this morning it is having the same problem. The battery is fully charged, however after 15 mins of doing another reset, the screen and buttons are non responsive and green lights no longer flash. 

Any help would be appreciated.

Sometimes doing the restart 3 times in a row helps

Yep just reset 3 times in a row, worked for about a minute then cut out again. Thanks though

For bit is only 3 months old I should add 👍
