Blaze not showing correct steps

My blaze shows steps inaccurately. It increases steps even if I’m not walking and just sitting. Called customer care and they tried different things like restart. Didn’t solve the problem. All I was offered was 25% discount on new as it is outside of warranty. This happened second time since I bought. It was replaced earlier. Not happy with fitbit.

"just sitting" doing what?  Hands active?  Fitbit is on your wrist.  It cannot always tell wrist movements from steps.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
