Blaze not switching on

Have had blaze for a while. Charged yesterday and shows full battery but wont switch on when placed in strap. Any ideas? Attempts to reset don't do anything

A warm welcome to the Forums @zim123. If your tracker is stuck, I recommend restarting your Blaze. After the restart procedure your tracker should work properly.

Confirm to restart I press the left button and the bottom right
simultaneously for about 10 seconds? I have tried this and nothing happens
