Blaze not synching

My blaze is not synching and time is off.

I have turned off, pushed buttons, etc and am frustrated. Don't know why needs to be so hard.

Lost/interrupted  communication. On your mobile go to settings>bluetooth and forget or delete your Blaze, let it rediscover it and touch it to reattach.

Open the ffitbit app, touch and pull down on screen - did it sync (and correct the time) @BARBIE77?

It's great to see you around @BARBIE77, thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself and @wmchapman for stopping by.

 

If you are having issues syncing your tracker, I recommend following the instructions provided in the Having trouble syncing? post. After this procedure your tracker should sync and the time should correct itself.
