Lost/interrupted communication. On your mobile go to settings>bluetooth and forget or delete your Blaze, let it rediscover it and touch it to reattach.

If you are having issues syncing your tracker, I recommend following the instructions provided in the Having trouble syncing? post. After this procedure your tracker should sync and the time should correct itself.
