My blaze ran out of charge so when charged it started with the old time and won't sync to my phone as normal. There is a red outline of a battery illuminated in the top right corner of the screen from the App. Any ideas how to rectify?

I just finished deleting the FitBit software off of my PC and then re-installing.  One of the options when you re-install is "Sync Now".  It takes several minutes for the sync  to complete, but  mine is back on track now.

Same happened to mine. Contact Fitbit as soon as you can. If your device is less than a year old they might help you. If it is over a year old you are SOL just like me.

I was able to charge my Blaze from "basically dead" to fully charged, but I'm still having trouble syncing.  I'm not trying to fix thhis by deleting the app off my PC and re-installing.

Hi. I used my phone to sync so I deleted the App  and when I reinstalled the App it also requested a phone restart which has solved the problem 👌Thanks for the help
