I have perused the forum and have multiple similar problems as everyone else. My battery is short-lived and I have been through all the steps with support. My heart rate is not working and I have tried the suggestions in the forum. My app syncs my steps but does not sync hourly activity, sleep, heart rate or anything else. Everything stopped on July 28th. Not sure if it is the new update that crashed everything or my Blaze broke on that day. And I was wondering when the fixes to the newest update might be out so I can see if that fixes anything.

I’m having the exact same issues. Not showing any heart rate, not tracking my sleep, I’ve followed all the steps, still not working. I don’t know what else to do.

It is a relief to say, I do not believe it is your Blaze that bit it; based on the posts, similar issues etc. fairly certain there is an issue with the new update. Hopefully they push out a new update; had my Blaze since it was released, seen many days and abuse, been through three band changes and considering this is the first real issue I've had with Fitbit? Sure, disheartening, but something went wonky in the patch for a lot of us.
