My Blaze is not syncing all of my data! I have contacted customer service twice and no one knows what else to do beyond the regular troubleshooting procedures. Please help!

I'm having similar problems. Mine isn't tracking my sleep accurately. It misses flights of stairs. It lists some excercise as "outdoor bicycle" when I don't even have a bicycle. It doesn't count all steps.
All that might work for me except the big reason I got one was to track heart rate while exercising. Mine seemed to work at first (I've had it about a month) but last night on the treadmill I could hardly get it to track my heart rate. I tried tightening the band, repositioning the Blaze and the heart rate display was intermittent. I haven't worn it swimming or in the shower.
I'm not sure I'm likeing it much at this point.

Same here it's been about two days and my watch is recording, but it doesn't transfer to my phone. I've reset the watch, the phone, try to update firmware with no love.
