Used blaze from a friend

Got a used blaze from a friend  who lost hers, bought another, then found the original. The device is not discoverable on 

My Bluetooth, won't sync to

Mu phone. How is there no faculty reset option?  How can I use this thing?

Did you set it up  on the computer or Phone?

Trying on I phone.
It's not discoverable at all. Rebooted bluetooth, turned Blaze on and off....

@ASH1018  Are you seeing any errors from the Fitbit App while you are trying to set up?  If so, what are you seeing?

I've gone through it all...
The only message is that it's isn't discoverable. Very VERY frustrating!!

@ASH1018  What iPhone do you have?  Does it also have at least iOS 8?
