Blaze not syncing, not found on bluetooth

Blade won't sync since 11-13-17, I have tried uninstalling app, turning phone off, clearing cache. Nothing is working. Phone is S8+, was working fine before the 13th.

Having tried restarting your phone without success I'd try restarting your fitbit using this procedure:

Give it a few tries though as it's known to not always work.

I can now see it on my devices but get the message "pairing rejected by blaze".
