Hi all,
My Blaze all of sudden has stopped working all together, this is the second Blaze I have had and there nothing but trouble. The first Blaze I received would not turn on at first and refused to sync with any of my Android devices. I reported the issue to Fitbit and gave them some credit, they replaced my Blaze with another but still it didn't sync. I got negative feedback from Fitbit saying it must be devices and to cap it off, my Blaze refuse to work all together after starting to sync all the time it just died? Any suggestions Blaze suffers?

Have you fully charged it and tried to reboot/reset it?
Press left and bottom right buttons at the same time until it vibrates....

All I get is the blue dots on the screen saver then that is it does nothing else my phone is still picking up the odd bit of data like steps and what have u bit can't change screen nothing.

It's great to see you around @holmesy and @RonWH thanks for stopping by.
At the moment of putting the tracker to charge, are you able to see the battery icon? As recommended by our friend @RonWH, I also recommend restarting your Blaze a couple of times more.
