Try restarting it using this procedure:

Give it a few tries as it sometimes doesn't work
If it still won't sync after that then there are some more ideas in this help file:

You need to get this resolved fairly quickly as your fitbit only has enough memory to hold data for up to 7 days between syncs.

What phone are we referring to?
Have you tried removing the Blaze from your phones Bluetooth settings page?

I have the same problem, and so do many others. It seems to be related to the update from a couple of days ago. When will this be fixed?

Any updates on this? My has not synced since March 3rd, very frustrating!

If it was an app update, have you shutdown the phone, the restarted it?

I would like to know if you keep having problems syncing? If you do, I recommend following the instructions provided in the Having trouble syncing? post. After these steps your trackers should sync without an inconvenience.
