Clock altered after battery had been flat

After charging the battery, my time on the clock had altered by nearly two hours.  Also, I don't seem to have received any updates since 3 March 2017.

Try disconnecting from Bluetooth and then set it back up. I just had the same issue and fixed it by re-doing Bluetooth

Have you synced the tracker since you charged it. Turning the tracker off is expected to throw the time off, a simple sync will fix it.

A warm welcome to the Forums @Godees@gtschwartz and @Rich_Laue thanks for stopping by.

If your tracker is not displaying the correct time, I recommend changing your timezone to a complete different one, sync your tracker, put the correct time and sync again. To change the timezone, you just need to do the following from a computer:

1. Log into your fitbit.com dashboard and click the gear icon in the top right corner.
2. Select “Settings” from the drop-down menu.
3. Scroll down to the Time section and choose the time zone that best reflects your current location. You can also select 12-hour or 24-hour time display format here.
4. Sync your tracker to update your time zone.

Now, if you are having problems syncing, I recommend following the instructions provided in the Having trouble syncing? post.

I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. Woman Happy
