Blaze not syncing since last week

Hello! My blaze suddenly stopped syncing with iOS since last week. I've tried restarting the blaze, removing/reinstalling the app and setting up the device as a new device and nothing seems to work.

The app does show my steps but nothing else.

Hi there @sugy. Great to see you in the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂

I'm sorry you're having problems with your tracker not syncing for the last week 😕

This all seems pretty strange. If you open the Fitbit app, tap on the icon of your Blaze at the top right corner of the screen, it will show the details of your tracker at the top. What does it say on the last sync time?

Also, if you're able to see steps and they appear to be updated, it sounds like your tracker is actually syncing. Could it be that the tiles for other stats are not showing? If this was the case and just to be sure, you could go to the bottom of your dashboard. You will see a button that says "Edit". Tap on it and any tile that wasn't selected, you should be able to select it and save the changes and after that, all other tiles that you've chosen should show up.

Let me know if you continue to have problems with this!

Hi!

thanks for your response. The last time my fitbit synced was last night at 9:21PM after I set it up as a new device (i've done this more times than i can count at this point) and its set to continuous sync. While I do see the steps in app, none of the other tiles are being updated. Its not syncing sleep or active minutes or any of the other tiles.

Thanks!
