Is your sleep the only information missing or all of your information isn't being registered? If you are having issues syncing your Blaze, I recommend taking a look at the Having trouble syncing? post and follow the instructions provided there.

In the past week my Fitbit will sync everything exercise related but not sleep or heart rate.
I have done all the things suggested. The Android app is the latest version and my Blaze has the latest firmware. The mobile device is the latest version.
I have restarted phone and Fitbit. I have switched Bluetooth off and on. I have synced to computer and it also is missing sleep and heart rate info.
I have been through the entire list on the above suggested post and nothing works.
Any ideas?

mine was a simple fix... I turned the battery save mode OFF on my phone! hope this helps others
