Hi there @Tonyf99q, welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂
I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems with your Blaze not syncing to your new Samsung Galaxy Note 4. Thanks a lot for what you've already tried. I'll be happy to help you out!
The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is a compatible device for syncing so you shouldn't be having problems with it. Now, since you mention that your Blaze was previously paired to your iPhone 6 Plus, it could be that it's interfering with the Connection between your Blaze and your Note 4.
For this, you can try to remove your Blaze from the conncted Bluetooth devices on the iPhone. For this, go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone. On your connected devices, look for your tracker. Tap on it, then choose the option that says "Forget this device".
After that, attempt to set up your Blaze on your Note 4. For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.
Hope that this helps. Please, let me know if you need more help with this!
