Hi. I have been trying to sync my blaze to my Fitbit app and nothing for more than a week. It tells me it can't find a tracker. I have tried everything. Even unpairing my blaze and when i go to repair it back to my fitbit app it cant find it. My blaze isnt even connected to my app now and bluetooth tells me it cant find the device. What am i to do? As my app is on automatically sync it is now draining my battery to the point my battery doesn't even last 1 day. This is really frustrating. I am using an android phone. Please help.
Mine was doing the same, as of sometime Monday morning, apparently. I force quit the app on my phone (go to settings / apps and select "fitbit" and it will give you that option). When I reopened the app, it tried to sync to the fitbit I used to have (a charge) and couldn't find it, surprise surprise. Was able to find the menu item to sync a different model, selected "blaze" and it took me through the whole new device menu, but everything seems to be working now, but I have no history before Monday. Oh well.
For reasons known only to the Fitbit gods, after 3 days of not being able to sync, it suddenly started syncing again. Don't know what caused it; don't know what fixed it. Oh well 🙂
Best AnswerFinally after 10 days and lots of installing and uninstalling my has finally synced as well. I had to reset my fitbit and unpair loads of times. I have no idea why or how but fingers crossed it stays syncing.

I will glaldy assist you with this. Which phone are you using? Is it compatible? You can try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. You can find additional suggestions here.
