Hi there @Shavid12, welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂
I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems getting your Blaze to sync to your phone. I'd like to help you out with this.
My first question would be, which is the specific phone model that you're using to sync? If you haven't, you can make sure that it's in the list of compatible devices for syncing with Fitbit. See the list here.
After making sure that your phone is compatible, you can try doing the following:
-Give your Blaze a quick restart. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.
-If after restarting your Blaze it's still not syncing, you can try to set it up as a new device. For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.
Additionally, I can recommend making sure that you're on the latest version of the Fitbit app.
Hope this helps. Let me know if you need more help after this.
