Is it on the supported phone list?

If not you will need to set it up on the computer until it is.

Keep in mind that in order to connect properly your tracker with your phone it needs to be a compatible mobile device. If your phone is not compatible, you can always try the instructions provided in the Having trouble syncing? post but I don't guarantee it will work 100%.
