Blaze not syncing with computer

My Blaze will not sync to desktop. I have a dongle since I don't have a phone so, I don't have access to an app.

 

Please help.

It's great to see you around @liviaa. Can you please tell me which computer you have? Is it a computer with Windows 10, is it a Mac or a Windows 8.1 Computer? Depending on the computer you have, I recommend taking a look at the Why won't my Fitbit device sync? article and follow the instructions provided there.
