Since 5-3-2018 my device is not syncing with Motorola Moto G(4).
The bluetooth connection is gone. I tried all the troubleshooting options like restarting device, bluetooth off and on, removing and installing fitbit app but nothing works.
My phone can't find my device anymore.

I found the culprit / solution. The problem is in the location settings! Go to settings, location click on the 3 points at the top right, choose "analyze" and deactivate "search for Bluetooth". After this change, Bluetooth has been up and running again.
Ive been having a similar problem for about a week with the fitbit the app on my samsung phone. I loae my connection when i am on a bike ride and it wont sync for up to 12 hours. Long delays between the app and the My Fitness Pal app. Other than this last week its worked nearly perfectly

Great to see you around @Merina, @Shiloh2 and @B3LLA33 a warm welcome to the Forums.
Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourselves. If your trackers are not syncing, I recommend taking a look at the Having trouble syncing? post and follow the instructions provided there.
I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. ![]()

Thanks for the update @B3LLA33, @Merina and @ImJD a warm welcome to the Forums.
Can you please tell me which mobile devices you have? In the meantime, I recommend checking if they are listed in our compatible mobile devices list. Keep in mind that in order to connect successfully your phone with your tracker it needs to be compatible.
If it isn't, I can only recommend trying the instructions provided in my previous post, but I don't guarantee it will work 100%.
Hope to hear from you soon. ![]()

I have a Moto G Plus and it's worked very nicely with my Blaze for over 12 months.

Best AnswerI have a Motorola Moto G (4) plus as I posted in my first post. And the solutions you suggested didn't solve the problems.

I am glad to see here that you found a solution for sync your tracker @Merina and thanks for sharing it. @Shiloh2 and @ImJD, I would like to know if you give this troubleshoot a try? If you haven't, I recommend trying that and by location, is your phone not the Fitbit app.
Keep me posted. ![]()
Received my Blaze last week as a graduation present. Worked great up until day before yesterday. I cannot not get it to sync. I have restarted both my phone and device. have turned my blue tooth on and off several times both on my blaze as well as my phone. Nothing is working.
Best AnswerThe Fitbit blaze is now useless with android 8, this issue has been going on for months an all the various updates have failed to resolve the problem.
When you check the forums it's clear this is a major issue so why isn't the dev team resolving the issue.
The tracker no longer connects automatically and when it does the notifications don't work.
My wife's one won't even show the correct time, an absolute waste of £160.
This needs resolved before people change brands on mass.
Please can you investigate this and finally come up with an appropriate fix.
Thanks
