Welcome to the Community @Erika123456! I appreciate the troubleshoot that you've followed. Sometimes your Fitbit Blaze might not sync because it doesn't have enough battery, please confirm that you've restarted it and that you've fully charge it.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Best AnswerI am having an issue with my Blaze being accepted by Samsung S8. It keeps giving the message to restart Bluetooth. I've done that along with deleteting the app and reinstalling.
Help please!

I've get this message in the past and the reason is because it shows you to restart your Bluetooth because, this should make your Blaze sync to your account. I would like you to confirm that you've tried this syncing procedure.
