I got my new Blaze a few weeks back and I love it! But.....yesterday at 17.29 it synced and then that's it, nothing! I've tried every possible thing that I can find on here, all the troubleshooting measures and on the internet to get it to work again so this is a last resort, the problem is def with the syncing so I tried removing it from my iPad and setting it up again but it simply refused! I've never paired it with my IPhone so I tried that but it wouldn't even find my Blaze. I'm at my wits end ......before I removed the Blaze from my iPad it could find it (through the App) and started the syncing process but stopped half way through...
I've contacted Help support (couldn't call) but no doubt they will take a while to answer so I wondered if anyone else had had this problem and how they solved it? In my mind it's definitely something to do with Bluetooth and syncing.......

Welcome to the Forums @Sandrajersey and @SunsetRunner thanks for stopping by and the link provided. First of all, thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself. I recommend following our syncing troubleshoot directly from your iOS Fitbit app. After these steps your tracker should work properly.
