Having been a Fitbit user for 3 years and working in the Technology industry, I am not a tech newbie.
The Blaze worked fine for a while, but then following one of the updates it stopped syncing with Android One Plus One. Spent many hours trying to Fix and posting on the forum.
The Syncing worked 100% fine with my wife's iPad.
The Syncing worked 100% fine with my spare Fitbit Charge and Android One Plus One.
As many others have pointed out this is buggy software issue with the Android App and Blaze.
For now using my old Fitbit Charge. There is no way I will even try any future Fitbit Smart watch (even tho the Pebble software was great) as Fitbit have had no interest in sorting out Android compatibility.

It's great to see you around @Cactus72 and thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself. If your Blaze is not syncing, I recommend following the instructions provided in the Having trouble syncing? post.
I hope this helps, let me know the outcome.
