Blaze not syncing

Anyone know why my blaze wouldn't be syncing?

Hi there @Megs12. Good to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂

 

I'm sorry to hear that your Blaze is not syncing but I can recommend a few things. The first one would be to restart your tracker. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot. You can also reboot your phone or at least just turn off the  bluetooth and turn it back on and then, try to sync your tracker again and see how it goes.
