"Tracker cannot be found" error is getting irritating. It's still not counting my steps right in challenges when it finally does sync. And everything you've told me it could possibly be due to... it's not. So don't drag me through the scenarios again. Please fix the problems we're all complaining about. $250 is a lot of money to most. The least you could do is make it work properly.

Hey @Girlnobody thanks for your participation in the Community.
If you are seeing the "Tracker cannot be found" message at the moment of syncing your tracker, it means that your Blaze is not syncing and that's why your steps for challenges are not updating as they should. Could you please tell me which troubleshoot have you tried so far in order to make your tracker sync?
Hope to hear from you soon. ![]()
