Blaze not syncing

Started to have a problem (Tracker not found) on Thursday 3rd May, up until then all was fine. Have checked Bluetooth is on, turned my phone Galaxy J3 off and back on, still not resolved. Have attempted  "Sync Now" option, not working.

 

Help please.

Hey @SmoothyB, welcome to the Forums.

 

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself, I would like to know if you keep having syncing issues? If you do, I recommend taking a look at the Having trouble syncing? post and follow the instructions provided there.
