Why will my blaze not sync with any of my devices

Unfortunately, syncing issues happen from time to time, often without any apparent cause.

 

I would try restarting your phone and then restarting your fitbit using this procedure:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

Give this a few tries as it doesn't always work. You might also try forgetting the fitbit in your phone's bluetooth settings. If it still won't sync after that then there are some more ideas to try in this help file: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1866/

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this issue and would like to know if the instructions provided by our friend worked? Is your Blaze syncing now?

You have a Huawei??

Because I just realize that Fitbit's app just stop working on my android.... an android that app always had work.... but it just no appear anymore as compatible now on https://www.fitbit.com/devices !! (About, 2 weeks, but my boy friend was 1 month, more or less)

 

It happen with you?
