Blaze not syncing

I bought my watch July last year and it worked fine with my Nokia 8 up until a few weeks ago.I have uninstalled and reinstalled apps, restarted my watch and phone, I've tried everything but according to Fitbit now...my phone all of a sudden isn't compatible!! 

This has seriously frustrated me and I'm disappointed.

Restarting phone and fitbit usually have the best chance of fixing syncing / connection issues but I have also found that "forgetting" the fitbit in the phone's bluetooth settings can get things moving again.
