Hi there @SorchaSavage, welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂
I'm very sorry to hear that you're having problems with your Fitbit Blaze. I would like to help you out.
My first question is, when you put it to charge, are you able to see anything coming on the display or it seems to be charging but when you take it off the charger it doesn't show anything at all or that the battery didn't charge?
Have you tried by any chance to restart it? If not, you can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.
Hope you find this helpful. If you need more help, I'm always around!

Hi Ferdinand in reply to your first question, when I put the Fitbit on the charger nothing at all happens and nothing appears on the display. I have tried rebooting it as you suggested but this also was unsuccessful. What else can I do? I only have this device just over a year and I would expect it to last a lot longer than that especially as I have been very careful with it.

My Blaze did this exact same thing yesterday. I’ve had mine for several years though. It is completely dead.
