Blaze not syncing

For the past couple of weeks I have been hitting my step goals and my Fitbit Blaze notifies me that I have achieved my goals, but when I pull up my weekly steps, it says that haven't reached my goals and the step counts are very low.

 

Why isn't my Fitbit communicating with the app appropriately? I am taking a health class and I am supposed to turn these reports in and when it says I don't hit my goals I don't get a good grade.

 

Help!

If your Blaze isn't syncing, you won't be able to see your information updated. I recommend taking a look at the help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provided there.
