Blaze not tracking all my step

I walk about 6.5 to 7 miles on the treadmill every day.  This past week I have noticed that my Blaze is only showing that I have walked about 5 miles so I am short about 4000 steps.  I have not changed how I wear my Blaze.  I don't hold on to the rail and I move my arm the entire time I am walking.   I have reset my Blaze, removed the app from my phone, and removed and add the device from the app with no success.  Anyone have any ideas?

I'm having the same problem when I walk.  Not counting all my steps.  Hopefully someone has a solution.
