Blaze not tracking all sleep

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

For the past week, my Blaze has been only tracking my sleep for parts of the nights or not at all, but other nights in between are fine. I restarted it yesterday before bed and it didn't track my sleep at all. Is anyone else having this issue?

Hi there @duhawkin! Welcome to the Fitbit Community! 😄

If you feel like your sleep is not being tracked accurately, I can recommend changing the sensitivity so that it recognizes your sleep in a more accurate way.

For this, go to the account section at the bottom right corner of your dashboard on the Fitbit app. Scroll down to the Settings section and tap on the Advanced Settings option. Scroll down to "Sleep Sensitivity" and here you will be able to change it from normal to sensitive and vice versa.

After doing that, sync your tracker and try it out the next night and see if this makes any difference.

Let me know how it goes!
